Step 1: Select Your Photo(s)

Select up to five photos that you'd like to enter into the contest. They must be high resolution photos and saved in .JPG format.

Important Information

  • Must be a high resolution file. Non high resolution photos will be rejected
  • Must be in .JPG Format
  • Showcase Health Management Communities and/or Facilities
  • Photo(s) must not have been submitted to any other contests

  • Relevance - Representation of the community (15%)
  • Creativity (15%)
  • Composition (15%)
  • Technical Quality (15%)
  • Artistic Merit (15%)
  • Overall Impact (25%)
